The Ajuda Foodscape Study begins with two questions: what is the relationship between the food system and the urban environment, and how might we achieve a positive dietary shift at the neighborhood level through local interventions and strategies? This work was funded by Novo Nordisk Inc (NNI) and Novo Nordisk A/S (NNAS) and completed as a collaboration between Gehl, Cities for Better Health, Steno Diabetes Research Center, and Locals Approach.
